Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms

By accepting the invoice and making payment, the client agrees to these Terms and Conditions. These terms are binding and enforceable.

2. Payment Terms
Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to start the work. The balance is due upon completion before shipping.

Payment Methods: Payments can be made via Venmo or PayPal to jessogmedia@gmail.com

Late Payment: Any balance not paid within 14 days of completion will incur a 5% weekly late fee.

3. Product Details
Custom Work: Commissions will begin after the deposit is paid and design details are finalized.

Revisions: Revisions are allowed during the process, as outlined, through communication of choice for client.

Props and Table Stables: Products will come as agreed upon (raw or painted). Raw products are unfinished and may require additional prep work by the client prior to any further work to remove support remnants or other minor flaws.

Completion Time: Estimated time of completion will be provided. Delays may occur, and clients will be notified.

4. Delivery and Shipping
Shipping Costs: Shipping is not included and will be charged separately. The client is responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Damage During Shipping:
The Client is responsible for any damages once the work is shipped. Damages must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

5. Copyright and Usage

Artist’s Rights: The Artist retains the copyright to the artwork and may use images for promotional purposes.

Client’s Rights: The Client may use the finished work for personal purposes. Commercial use or reproduction requires written consent from the artist.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation: Deposits are non-refundable. If the work has started, a portion of the total fee may be retained for time spent.

Refunds: No refunds after shipment unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

7. Warranty and Liability

The Artist guarantees that the work is original but is not liable for damages resulting from misuse or improper care of the model once received by the client.

8. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration, as governed by the laws of Washington State.

9. Privacy

Personal information is used solely to fulfill the commission and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

10. Changes to Terms

The artist may update these Terms and Conditions at any time, with notice provided before any new work is started.
